Hi, I'm Jeremy. I make complicated projects feel simple.
I'm a product manager in Amsterdam with a background in design. I keep teams, clients and plans on the same page, from the first idea to the day it ships.

Some things I've worked on
All projects
Crime Scene Management Training
The Police's earlier VR trainings needed people standing by to help. I led a small team to build one that officers can finish on their own.
2,000+ officers, almost no support questions

Stackd
My girlfriend and I never knew what was in the house, so food went off and shopping was guesswork. So I'm building an app that fixes that for us, and soon for others.
340+ improvements in two months

Scaling Training Production
Every client project rebuilt the same pieces from scratch. I set the vision for a shared framework and led a team of eight to make it work alongside client deadlines.
3× team output per quarter

Technical Maintenance Training
HTM's mechanics needed two hours of hands-on training for one procedure. I led the project from the sales talks to delivery, and the training now takes twenty minutes.
2h → 20 min training time for the client
Smaller projects
A website concept and a personal typography project.
A few things I've learned
Not rules, just what keeps coming back in my projects.
If people need help to use it, it isn't finished.
The Police training had one goal: officers should get through it on their own. That goal decided almost every choice we made.

I joined the HTM project during the sales talks. Knowing the ‘why’ from day one made every later decision easier.

We kept rebuilding the same instructions and checks. Turning them into a framework tripled what the team could ship.

A clickable or playable prototype in week two saves a lot of discussion in week ten.
“Jeremy was quick to respond, contributed ideas, and ensured that our wishes were accurately translated into the final product.”
